Enjoy as a delicious treat or as a healthy trail snack.
We recommend 15-20g of kernels per person.
- Pour the oil (3 tbsp) into a very large pan over medium-high heat. Add the kernels, then set the lid on top.
- Wait for the kernels to start popping, then shake the pan gently now and then to keep the kernels moving. When the popping slows to 2-3 seconds apart, remove the pan from the heat.
- In a small bowl/pan , melt the butter (3 tbsp) . Stir in the ingredient mix if using. Use a spoon to drizzle the mixture over the popcorn, stirring as you go so that it coats the everything evenly. Pour into bowls and enjoy.
- If using as a savoury healthy snack make as per instructions and add dried fruits and nuts of your choice.
